ANTARES VISION GROUP: REVENUES UP IN 2021 COMPARED TO 2020

2021 was a year of important growth for Antares Vision Group. The Board of Directors approved the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2021, which reported consolidated net revenues of 179 million, up 48% in comparison with 2020.

“Despite the still difficult context due to the Pandemic and to the continuing state of emergency – AVGroup President Emidio Zorzella commented –, 2021 was a year of significant growth for the group in terms of results, boosting the range of solutions, brand awareness, extending the scope and strengthening the financial structure; all of this was made possible thanks to the daily contribution of over 1,000 people, who represent the group’s human capital”.

Last year, Antares Vision recorded a 22% increase in orders compared to 2020. In particular, the Life Science sector shows a 24% order growth, while the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector shows a 19% increase. All product lines show double-digit growth rates; more specifically, First Installation Track & Trace sees an increase of over 30% in orders collected.
Adjusted EBITDA stood at 43.5 million compared to 29.3 million recorded in 2020 (+48.4%), with a 24.3% margin on sales. Adjusted Operating Income was 35.7 million compared to 25.3 million in 2020 (+41.0%), representing 20% of sales. Consolidated profit before tax and net income was positive at 13.5 million and 12.4 million, respectively.
