WHAT IS THE
The Easy TD Single-Head CCIT VDLD Bench Station is an automatic testing machine with manual loading specifically studied to test containers against possible micro-hole with the detection performance of an industrial machine.

Easy TD is the answer for those looking for laboratory equipment or sampling inspection machine, but they need a high-performance device that is reliable, compact, and flexible.
Easy TD is suitable for processing a wide range of packages such as glass ampoules, vials, cartridges, LVP, and SVP plastic containers.
Easy TD can be used for offline tests of samples or, with few units, it is possible to inspect 100% of small-medium production.

The machine is equipped with a single vacuum chamber connected to the valve group and closes onto the product – positioned on the slot plate – via a special gasket.
The cycle time is a few seconds and is managed directly by the software recipe.
The main steps of the process are:
- Vacuum creation (15 to 10 millibar – example for pharmaceutical vials)
- Vacuum Stabilization
- Leak Detection (Analysis of Pressure Decay)
