1. 24/7/365 REMOTE SUPPORT SERVICES
Performance of remote support and troubleshooting through a Remote-Control Software (i.e Teamviewer) related to an unexpected malfunctioning of the system that jeopardizes the usability of the products during the Operation Phase (Incident). Thanks to our vast experience, we can provide remote support provided by our highly specialized team.
2. SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
Software application updates are offered to guarantee optimized
applications and enhanced new or existing features. It includes two categories:
- Software Corrective Maintenance
All the release to correct unexpected malfunctions.
- Software Evolution Maintenance
Major updates to evolve the software.
3. ON SITE INTERVENTION
We offer on-site incident and planned interventions which are aimed to respond to your specific needs on the line by our highly trained Field Service Engineers.
